Family pension has not been credited in the pensioner bank account since February 2024 and a Grievance in this regard has already been lodged vide registration no. DOPPW/E/2024/0044117. Subsequently it was disposed on 2nd July 2024 by giving a remark AS REPORTED. Sadly neither any report has been received at this end nor the family pension/ arrear family pension along with penal interest was credited to pensioner bank account. Since the issue is still to be resolved the same has already been informed to the representative of department of pension and pensioners welfare, who contacted me for feedback about the pension resolution and assured me to escalate the grievance to higher authority. However present status of the issue remain the same. It is further requested to take action against nodal bank SBI (CMPF Pension cell) Dhanbad bank more Dhanbad-826001 since life certificate has already been submitted by pensioner in November 2023 through physical mode as well as through digital mode. It was for their negligence family pensioner has to face such grave injustice . It is therefore requested to look into the matter with anticipation of prompt action.
