Think about the Anarchy in the department of Electricity Distribution division II in Mirzapur district where neither poles were installed nor cables were laid down but consumers where made available bills from 4000 to 6000 rupees which is quite obvious from the news report which is published today in the leading Hindi daily Amar Ujala which is not only surprising but also represents Anarchy in the department of Uttar Pradesh Power Corporation Limited and there is resentment against the bills which were arbitrarily issued by the junior engineer and assistant engineer of the Uttar Pradesh Power Corporation Limited. Here this question arises that why government functionaries are not taking seriously against the lawlessness and Anarchy prevailed in the department of electricity in its Mirzapur office which is frequently reported to them. In order to siphon the fund meant to Development Scheme, works are performed on papers and then efforts are made to draw the fund from the public exchequer.
